(GTFT) is committed to conducting independent, objective, and unbiased third-party inspections, hygiene ratings, and conformity assessments in strict compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (Type-A), ISO/IEC 17021, and FSSAI scheme requirements. Top Management ensures that commercial, financial, or personal pressures never compromise operational integrity or objectivity. GTFT strictly prohibits engaging in consultancy, internal auditing for certification clients, or commercial tie-ups with inspected entities, continuously managing and mitigating any potential threats to impartiality.
Greentick Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. (GTFT) safeguards all proprietary client information, operational data, and assessment findings acquired during inspection activities in compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 Clause 4.2 and ISO/IEC 17021. All records and digital assets are kept strictly confidential under legally enforceable non-disclosure agreements. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written client authorization, except when mandated by statutory law, regulatory authorities (such as FSSAI), or judicial orders.
