Quality Policy

Green Tick Food Tech Pvt Ltd Private Limited (GTFT) is committed to provide highest quality services to our customers – those that conform to valid and mutually agreed upon requirements – so that we go on to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, continuous enhancement in Quality and adoption of best practices.
  • Optimize utilization of resources to ensure continual improvement of quality management system and customer satisfaction.
  • Continually measure the efficiency of our processes by setting and reviewing the objectives, targets and programmes periodically leading to continual improvement
  • Make GTFT as compatible as possible, in terms of capabilities and services, with market needs, both for the present and the future.
  • Treat all activities of GTFT as a process, and / or combination of several sub processes, and manage the same through application of Quality Management System (QMS) approach and Quality Improvement techniques.
  • All the GTFT operational needs of the company is designed based on QMS system to meet both the regulatory and customer requirements while also improving its efficiency and effectiveness on a regular basis.
  • Comply with all applicable codes/standards, rules and regulations related to Quality.
  • Train our people in the principles and methods of quality improvement and operational/ generic skills to enable them to identify and eliminate problems to improve their service quality and add value to customer’s interest.

The policy shall be made available to all concerned with GTFT operations, all interested parties working for or on behalf of organization and public at large.

GTFT is committed to offer its inspection services in an impartial manner to organizations who wish to take their services and fulfilling the requirement of ISO/IEC 17020 AND 17021 as minimum.

Ethics & Code of Conduct Policy Statement

Greentick Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. (GTFT) maintains zero tolerance for unethical practices, operating on the foundational principles of integrity, honesty, transparency, and accountability. All personnel, inspectors, and technical experts must uphold strict anti-bribery policies, refrain from score tampering or falsification, and immediately report any conflicts of interest. GTFT ensures fair and respectful conduct across all engagements and provides transparent, non-discriminatory whistleblower channels to investigate and resolve ethical concerns.

Impartiality Policy

Greentick Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. (GTFT) is committed to conducting independent, objective, and unbiased third-party inspections, hygiene ratings, and conformity assessments in strict compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (Type-A), ISO/IEC 17021, and FSSAI scheme requirements. Top Management ensures that commercial, financial, or personal pressures never compromise operational integrity or objectivity. GTFT strictly prohibits engaging in consultancy, internal auditing for certification clients, or commercial tie-ups with inspected entities, continuously managing and mitigating any potential threats to impartiality.

Confidentiality Policy

Greentick Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. (GTFT) safeguards all proprietary client information, operational data, and assessment findings acquired during inspection activities in compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 Clause 4.2 and ISO/IEC 17021. All records and digital assets are kept strictly confidential under legally enforceable non-disclosure agreements. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written client authorization, except when mandated by statutory law, regulatory authorities (such as FSSAI), or judicial orders.

All inspection and certification activities are conducted in full alignment with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP frameworks.
