Over the course of his career, Mr. Kulshreshtha has successfully led compliance and certification projects across India, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Egypt. His expertise spans food safety, quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience conducting internal and external audits, developing compliance frameworks, and guiding organizations in implementing internationally recognized management system standards.

Prior to GreenTick Food Tech, Mr. Kulshreshtha held senior leadership positions with globally recognized organizations, including British Certification Inc., American Bureau of Shipping, and Carnival Cruise Lines. Throughout his career, he has overseen thousands of management system audits, trained more than 3,000 professionals, and built extensive networks of auditors and technical experts. As a certified Lead Auditor across multiple international standards, he continues to strengthen GreenTick Food Tech's reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality compliance, certification, and food safety services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Banerjee has successfully managed large-scale compliance, audit, and project management assignments across diverse sectors including food processing, agriculture, maritime, insurance, and public sector projects. His expertise spans ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, FSSAI regulations, and internationally recognized social compliance standards such as SA8000, SEDEX, and SLCP.

As an experienced Lead Auditor and trainer, he has conducted more than 3,000 man-days of third-party audits and delivered 300+ man-days of professional training across multiple management system standards. He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001, and is also a registered APSCA Social Compliance Auditor, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.

Her professional experience covers human resource management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organisational development, workforce planning, competency development and policy implementation. She specialises in food safety awareness programmes, food safety culture development, FSSAI regulatory compliance and documentation, internal audits and quality-management practices. She has designed and delivered corporate, academic and government training programmes on food safety, employability, life skills, communication, leadership, body language, personality development and workplace readiness.

Ms. Saxena is trained as an ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor, a (POSH) Prevention of Sexual Harassment Trainer, and holds credentials in food-processing entrepreneurship, corporate training and facilitation, Train-the-Trainer methodology and FoSTaC catering supervision. Her strengths include training-needs analysis, facilitation, audit planning, regulatory documentation, effective communication, team development, coaching, problem-solving and strategic planning. With a practical and interactive approach, she supports continuous learning, operational excellence and sustainable organisational development.

Before joining GreenTick Food Tech, Ms. Smitha worked as a Research Assistant with Sloray Nutras and as a Dietician with Girish Chandra Multispeciality Hospital. Her assessment experience includes third-party Food Safety Management System audits and Hygiene Rating Assessments, along with inspection exposure across relevant food-sector scopes. She has also completed FoSTaC Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Catering, and Advanced Health Supplements and Nutraceuticals programmes.

Ms. Smitha holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor of Science covering Chemistry, Botany and Food Science. She completed ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System auditor training in 2025 through TNV and Exemplar Global. Her combination of nutrition knowledge, audit training and technical coordination experience supports clear documentation, systematic review and practical food-safety implementation.

His earlier professional experience includes working with CIFOR-ICRAF under the Trees Outside Forests in India (TOFI) Programme, where he supported programme implementation, strategic outreach and stakeholder engagement across seven states. His work involved coordinating with government departments, research institutions, civil-society organisations and local communities, along with developing and reviewing multilingual training materials, policy notes, knowledge products and field-based communication resources.

Mr. Purswani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing. He is also a (POSH) Prevention of Sexual Harassment Trainer. With strengths in technical documentation, project coordination, stakeholder management, research, communication and operational follow-up, he brings an interdisciplinary perspective to technical management. His structured and collaborative approach supports timely delivery, operational consistency and continuous organisational improvement.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Dalela has worked with leading organisations in the polyester, petrochemical and chemical industries. He has led technical services, marketing and quality functions, directed R&D and multidisciplinary teams, and supported project planning and execution, product development, process improvement, statistical quality control, benchmarking, import substitution, troubleshooting, customer technical support and business development. His international exposure spans Europe, Africa and Asia, including professional assignments connected with Yugoslavia, Nigeria and Ghana.

His training domains include Quality Management Systems, Food Safety Management Systems, Environmental and Energy Management Systems, OHSAS, ISO 17025, ISO 15189, technical quality systems and leadership development. Known for strategic leadership and technical excellence, he combines practical industry knowledge with a result-oriented training approach focused on quality improvement, process optimisation, technology advancement, business growth and people development.

His career has progressed from analytical and research positions with TOMCO, Lipton, Brooke Bond and Hindustan Lever to senior leadership roles with Gold Mohur Foods and Feeds, Kwality Foods, Pristine Organics, British Biologicals, Pagariya Food Products, Avalon Cosmetics and Evexia Nutritions. As Technical Manager, Factory Manager and General Manager, he has led production, quality assurance, R&D, regulatory affairs, new-product development, facility commissioning, licensing and management-system implementation.

Mr. Kalaiselvan holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemistry and has completed internal-auditor training through TUV as well as Lead Auditor training for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. His strengths include HACCP plan development, identification of PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs, analytical method development using HPLC and GC, quality tools such as Kaizen and SPC, technical documentation, training-needs analysis and cross-functional team leadership. He brings scientific rigour and practical manufacturing insight to food safety and compliance assignments.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Manjunath has held responsible positions including Head - Quality Assurance at Snowman Logistics, Executive (Operations) with Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable, Production Officer at Heinz India, and technical roles in dairy cooperatives. His work has covered plant expansion, equipment selection, installation and commissioning, process control, vendor development, cold-chain systems, and new product and process development. He has also supported domestic and international requirements involving FSSAI, USFDA, APEDA, Kosher, Halal and other statutory approvals.

Mr. Manjunath is trained as a Lead Auditor for ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, with internal-auditor exposure to FSSC 22000. His qualifications span Dairy Technology, Business Administration, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and Law, including LL.B. and LL.M. degrees. This multidisciplinary background enables him to guide organisations on food safety management systems, audit readiness, compliance documentation, production improvement and workforce capability building.

Mr. Rafeeulla began his career in dairy quality control and plant management before taking production and quality leadership roles with Al Safi Dairy and Jamjoom Foremost in Saudi Arabia. He later served as SHEQ Manager with FrieslandCampina and National QA Manager with Abbar & Zainy Cold Stores. His audit portfolio includes airline catering, dairy and beverage plants, cold storage operations, food manufacturers and service organisations across Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey and Kuwait.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, an Indian Dairy Diploma from the National Dairy Research Institute and a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He has completed lead-auditor and specialist training covering ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, SA 8000, HACCP, BRC, SQF 2000 and Halal auditing. His combination of operational depth, international audit exposure and training capability supports practical, evidence-based assessments across diverse sectors.

Earlier, Ms. Samadhiya worked as an Office Executive with Finaxis Business Consultancy. In that role, she prepared project reports for bank-finance applications and supported GST working and filing, bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation and back-office operations. Her practical skill set includes GST and TDS working, TDS challans, Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, Microsoft Office and routine financial-record management.

She holds a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialisation in Finance, a postgraduate qualification in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with an academic focus on Taxation. By combining accounting knowledge with digital proficiency and systematic record handling, she is equipped to support accurate transaction processing, timely statutory work and organised financial administration.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Chauhan worked with Cambium Retail Private Limited, where he handled operations and inventory, and with HCL Comnet Limited, where he provided technical support and managed networking systems for a government project. He also gained industry exposure with Flash Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. His working knowledge includes SAP-based vendor billing, Microsoft Office and Excel, inventory handling, hardware networking, software support and administrative operations.

Mr. Chauhan is a first-class graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering and completed postgraduate studies in 2024 with 71 percent. He has also completed an MPTA-certified Industrial Automation course in Pune. His blend of technical understanding, reporting discipline and operational versatility enables him to contribute effectively across MIS coordination, administration, vendor support and process-oriented roles.
