She also runs a private Food R&D centre in Mumbai developing innovative technologies.

She specializes in food safety audits, implementation of food safety management system and HACCP based operations. She has done numerous workshops on Food & Nutrition and a popular panelist on debates and talks on health and food related topics on TV and radio.
